Project Management
At Jon Hartley & Associates we can offer the complete project management service for your residential project. This incorporates all stages of the project, from initial building assessment and feasibility through to satisfactory project completion. This includes the following;
- Property assessment and design advice.
- Preparation and administration of planning applications and building regulation applications.
- Preparation and compilation of detailed specifications of works.
- Preparation of tender documents and obtaining construction tenders from a variety of established contractors from our approved database.
- Providing a tender report and breakdown for clients’ consideration and appointing the successful contractor under an approved building contract (JCT).
- Project supervision, contract instructions and site management.
- Cost and quality control, including certification of payments to contractor and detailed cost analysis as project proceeds.
- Programme monitoring to ensure the works are completed on time and on budget.
- Satisfactory completion certification, including snagging inspections and inspection following defects liability period.
